Day 2: At Sea

After an exhausting first day, we would be at sea all day en route to Curaçao. We discovered the ship a bit more and took great pictures.
This was our room:
The sound of the water churned by the propellers was so soothing, just like a waterfall, that we slept with the balcony door open most nights. Here are some views of the centrum and the restaurant:

After dinner, we went up to floor 13 to Vortex, a dance bar. The funny thing is that Vortex is considered a quiet zone for most of the day. It seems to come alive after 12 midnight, an hour that none of us got to see since we go to bed early. In Vortex, we were able to relax and see the people below from the top of the ship.
One neat thing about Vortex is that the entire bar area rotates. It was really cool to sit there while the bar was rotating. Also, the ceiling is filled with tiny lights that give you the feeling you are looking at starts in the night. I also fell in love withe the main stairway on floor 4 in the Centrum.
Here is a view from the top of the Centrum. The Crown and Anchor Lounge features a window at the top from which you can view the entire Centrum looking down.
